Why am i getting electric shocks off my macbook?

Can anyone help? i seem to get electric shocks off my macbook anytime im holding my phone and doodling on my macbook at the same time and it actually hurts, ive only had my macbook for about a month so i cant figure out why this is happening please help? thanks.
