I am trying to download Mountain Lion but it says my machine is incompatible. It appears to satisfy the system requirements so what can I do now.
My iMac currently has OS X Snow Leopard installed. I have purchased Mountain Lion but it refuses to download, My machine appears to comply with the system requirements although I don't know how old it is.view more
