"Dear Mr. Cook, I so much admire you for all the product innovations and developments made under your skillful management. Watching the Apple September annual rollouts, I was motivated from your presentation, which talked about the Apple activity app, to buy my first iPhone 12 Pro Max with AirPods Pro and Apple 6 Watch in December 2020. I love these devices, and the following year added your magnificent Apple AirPods Max, so that I could more fully enjoy Apple Music on my daily long walks. However, with the IOS updates to 15.2, 15.2.1, and 15.3 my joy instead became great distress and frustration for two reasons: First, the Apple flagship Activity App stopped Siri announcements of lap times, speeds, distance, and ring closures by not interruption music or audiobook media that I was playing on daily walks, and listening to on my AirPods Max or Pro. Then, music, podcasts, and audiobooks would pause randomly multiple times, breaking continuity and enjoyment. I reported this to Apple Support, starting on 12/17/2021, Case: 101579751537, and sent tracking data for both iPhone and Apple Watch to the Support Advisor, who told me he was taking ownership of this issue. Unfortunately, the problems I described above have continued, impacting many other Apple product users, as indicated by Apple Community messages. Mr. Cook, please use your position to expedite the resolution of this very troubling matter. It would be so good to hear back from you personally, or from your staff, perhaps offering a timeline for when these problems will be resolved. Thanks for all your good work, and especially for helping in this matter."
