My MacBook start screen had a folder flashing with a question mark in the center. I Turned it off plugged in my external hard drive and held down command R I am now in the MacOS Utilities screen and I am not sure what option to choose. I just want my MacBook to startup normally. I have a MacBook Air from 2015 my os system is Mac OS 10.13.6
