The weird thing is that podcasts will still play on the podcasting app and audio plays fine w ithin Pro Tools. Even in YouTube, on the homepage if I hover my cursor above videos the video preview will play, but when actually clicking on the video to watch it will not stop buffering. Apple support wasnâ t much help. Media WILL indeed play in safe mode, so when I posted this on the apple help forum someone said that could be an indication of a third party software issue and recommended that I run EtreCheckâ so he re I am. My computer works totally fine other than this random problem that literally started in the middle of me watching a YouTube video o ne day when it decided to start buffering and never stop.
