It is sure that they are installed, as when I try to install them, I get an error message telling me that it is already installed.

Any idea is thus welcome. I also have to mention that I am  new to Mac, so maybe there is some basic thing that I don't understand ... (Anyway I am greatfully thanking you for your attempts until then !)
