For those who encountered a problem with a conflict of chrome shortcuts or those who want to override default apple shortcuts. You can override default macos shortcuts to change the combination from "fn + ^ + arrow" to "^ + ⌥ + arrow", this way there will be no conflict with the default chrome shortcut. To do that go to System Settings > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts... > App shortcuts, press +, and add this way 4 shortcuts with corresponding titles: "Left", "Right", "Top", "Bottom". For each set "^ + ⌥ + arrow" keyboard shortcut with an arrow of the corresponding direction. That's it. You will see new shortcuts if you open Window + Move & Resize (the same as on the post screenshot). upd: You can even add shortcut named "Fill" instead of "Top" with the combination "^ + ⌥ + ↑", to maximize window, instead of filling half of the screen. I also found it convenient to create a shortcut named "Return to Previous Size" instead of "Bottom" with the combination "^ + ⌥ + ↓". Then the window will return to its original size.
