Since updating to windows 11, I cannot access www.icloud.com. when using toolbar icon via the icloud app or typed into any browser (FF, Chrome, Edge) it gives a pop up before even getting to the login page or any display. Yes I've cleared history and cookies, checked security software, restart, sign in and out of app, etc. 
the error has something to do with line 11, what ever that is.  Could not find anything on this error or why it might be happening. Looking for some help or insight to this one.
