Dear Mr. Cook, Please have your Apple engineers fix these two (2) very disruptive and impactful issues which many other Apple users have also experienced and reported: # 1 - Siri progress notifications of rate of speed, distance, ring and event completions in the Apple proprietary 3-ring Activity/Exercise App have ceased when users wear Apple AirPods Pro or AirPods Max. # 2 - Bluetooth streaming of audio content, such as music, audiobooks, etc., randomly pauses for a few seconds, multiple times per hour. Both of these issues began on or about 15 DEC 2021, and have continued after several IOS and Firmware updates. These issues have been repeatedly discussed on the Apple Community Board in the following threads: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/253475658 https://discussions.apple.com/thread/253440262 https://discussions.apple.com/thread/252866714 I have opened Apple support tickets, spoken with Apple Advisors multiple times, installed Apple data tracking software on my Apple 6 watch and iPhone 12 Pro Max and transmitted 1-hour of exercise data to Apple Advisor Scott, on Case ID: 101616089846, opened additional Case ID: 101579751537, researched both matters and shared my findings with other users, and alerted you about these very pressing and troubling issues previously by email on 7 FEB 2022. If these issues, which greatly impact the functionality and enjoyment of my Apple products cannot be quickly resolved, then I shall have to request a full refund for all of my Apple products. I hope this very frustrating matter can be settled quickly and amicably. That would make me and many other Apple customers very happy.
