I forgot my Apple ID password.

You can recover your password, even if your Apple ID has become disabled, or your Apple ID Account Name (which is often your email address) at iForgot.

If you have changed your email address and cannot receive a password over email, iForgot will give you an alternate way to access your Apple ID account (Option 2).

After you retrieve your password, we recommend you change your profile at My Info so we have your latest email address.
