iTunes 12.4.1 out: restores crossfade & play count reset

Apple released iTunes 12.4.1 update today. It fixes bugs and restores functions:

- VoiceOver bugs are fixed;

- Preset Play Count is back;

- Crossfade between songs works again;

- Up Next playing songs out of order is fixed.
