Scroll Text flicker control

A word of warning to those building scrolling titles in Motion for interlaced TV - setting "Reduce flicker" in the Scroll Text behavior's Inspector to "Interlaced"may well retime the roll to better match field rates, but it also seems to eliminate interlacing entirely - in fact, it seems to reduce it to single field output, lowering the resolution and producing nasty output. Leaving it set to "None" avoids the retime, but retains the interlacing network QA expects.
