If safari is corrupted .

Enter in user library by clicking on finder take cursor on top menu bar and click on Go , keep on pressing option key and click on library .

Select all contents ( use command and A keys ) from following folders delete them ( use command and delete keys ) into the trash .Restart the Mac and empty the trash the new contents will be recreated in these folders .

( c ) Saved Application State

( d ) Safari
