Hello All,

Before you post your questions in the iMac G3 CRT area, here is some info it is always good to tell us about.

1) We need to know what model of iMac you own/are using, have a look at this link, or this link website to determine your model of iMac (example: iMac 400MHz DV SE)

2) We also need to know, how much ram you have in your iMac. (example: 512MB of ram)

3) How big your Hard Drive is. (example: 40GB HD)

4) We also need to know, what OS you're running OS8, OS9, OS10 (what version you are running example: OS9.2.2)

5)What your problem is, with as much detail as possible.

If you're trying to upgrade to OSX, we need to know if you updated your Firmware to the correct one. (example: 4.1.9) Firmware updates are different so check this Mac OS X: Available firmware updates.

Also, it is always a good idea to check the User Tips before you post.

Also we please ask that you do not thread-jack, but instead start your own typic so other user can see your questions and beable to help you.

Thanks for your help on letting us help you!

Good luck!
