If manually editing the CUPS configuration files is not to your liking and you don't mind being locked into the default settings for the printer an abbreviated version of William White's method can be used to print from Windows. Instead of having to set up a RAW queue and editing the CUPS config files, you can use any existing queue if you have ESP ghostscript installed. Set up the printer on the Windows side just as William describes, except install any generic Postscript driver instead of the one specific to your printer. When CUPS receives the Postscript code it will call the appropriate translators and output the file.
