How to read a blank e-mail body with iOS or Mac OS X Mail (iPad, iMac, etc)

There are some e-mail subscriptions that send nothing but web page code, and show no content in the body of the message. You can either ask the subscriber service for either a text based message, or hit the reply or forward button to see the content.
