Q. I have upgraded to Tiger (10.4) and Windows Media Player now no longer works.

A. If you are having issues with Windows Media Player and Tiger 10.4.1 and 10.4.2

One solution is to exit the application, then delete the three preferences files from:


They are:
Windows Media Favorites
Windows Media Player Prefs

Empty the trash and then then restart Windows Media Player.
