This is the list of links to CD/DVD drive manufacturers support pages to look for firmware updates for your CD/DVD drive. You should always look on the support page for you computer manufacturer (i.e. Dell or IBM or HP) first, if the drive came bundled with the system, before going to the drive manufacturer's site. Many computer vendors, such as Dell, have the drive manufacturers prepare special firmware versions for them.
To find the manufacturer and model information for your CD/DVD drive, run the iTunes CD Diagnostics (Help menu -> Run CD Diagnostics...) and look for the drive information. For example, the CD diagnostics for a system with two CD/DVD drives on this machine — an internal Toshiba DVD-ROM with a model name of "SD-C2402" with a firmware version of 1H09 on drive G:\ and an external USB LG CDRW with a model name of "HL-DT-ST CD-RW GCE-8240B" with a firmware version of 1.06 on drive F:\ — would look like the following:
