If you are using Suitcase in addition to ATM, there is a conflict between the two. This conflict usually results in an inability to use a selected printer - with a message to select a printer when trying to print. The fix for that is to rename the file Suitcase MenuFonts by placing a space between the "~" (tilde) and the "S" in front of its name. Then restart.
