What happened to the 10.3 Print dialog Fax button in 10.4?

When you go to print, back in 10.3, you had the option to Fax straight from the Print dialog with a separate Fax button. In 10.4, in a surprise move, the Fax button got hidden under the PDF button of the Print dialog, where it says Fax PDF... You may never have known it except searching through the documentation. Hence the user tip here.
