For audio CD's:

Control CD Burn order by sorting the playlist. There are 3 ways to sort a playlist:

1) shuffle / random (button with 2 arrows that cross over each other). Shift-click this button to randomly resort the list. Click the header left of the song name field to show the songs in their random order. Turn this off to use the other options!

2) Alphabetical sort by ID3 tag field

* Select the playlist so the songs show in the main window

* Click any column header (e.g., Artist, Album, Track #, etc.) to sort the play list by that field, click again to reverse the order.
* Use the 'View Options' menu item to change the fields displayed and therefore available for sorting.

3) Manual / user selected

* Select the playlist so the songs show in the main window

* Make sure Shuffle mode is disabled

* click on the header over the very first column to the left of song name

* drag and drop songs to define the order you wish to use.

* when finished, right-click the playlist name and select 'Copy to play order'

Even if you later sort by a column header or shuffle, you can return to your manually selected sequence by clicking the first column again.

For MP3 or Data CDs:
