Problem: when you click on the formatting palette of MS Word v. X the application unexpectedly quits.
Solution: You may have a corrupted normal.dot template file. Delete normal.dot. When word restarts it will recreate normal.dot. You will lose your customized settings, but crashes will be avoided.
