How to display the Date and Time Zone in the Info in Photos 5.0 on Catalina

We can make the time zone visible in the Info for a photo - this is new in Photos 5.0 on Catalina and possible in all versions of Photo up to Photos 7 on Monterey, but no longer in Photos 8 on Ventura.

Photos is using the medium format for the date and time as specified in the System Preferences > Language & Region > Advanced. If you change the medium formate for the time to include a time zone suffix, you will see all times with a time zone name in the Info for a photo (after restarting Photos and the System Preferences).

For example: I have set the time format like this:

And now I can see the time zone with the date and time in the Info in Photos.

This makes it easy to see, if photos have been imported with a wrong time zone tag and Photos is reading the time stamp set in the camera wrong. If a photo is sorted incorrectly, I am using "Image > Adjust Date & Time" to change the time zone to the time zone of the camera clock, but not the "Time Adjusted".

If you try the same with an earlier version of Photos , it is buggy. Photos will always display the time zone name of the current system time, not the time zone associated with the capture date.
