Verify and Repair Project in Final Cut Pro

This may come in handy when Final Cut Pro users have problematic projects that may have become corrupted. I am not sure how long this thing has existed, but I had never heard of this until today, so I thought it is worth sharing:

If you hold down the Option key, the Clip menu will show an extra item: "Verify and Repair Project".
