Screensharing your iPhone with Apple Support:

This is a nifty trick if you need to explain something to an Apple Rep, while on the phone with Apple Support. This will allow the Apple Rep to see this from your perspective.

The Scenario:

While on the phone with Apple Support talking about something, and you want the Apple Rep to see what is occurring firsthand, rather than having to explain it to them in voice-only.

Screenshare your iPhone:

1. Enable: the Camera App
2. Request: a Screenshare Prompt
3. Enable: the Speakerphone
4. Hover: your iPhone's camera over the Mac
5. Show: the Apple Rep the Issue
6. Ask: the Apple Rep For Feedback
