Use an iPhone 12 or later, that is using 5G, in order to update over Cellular

To Update Over Cellular:

You can update your iPhone over Cellular. Updates have bug fixes and can include new application specs for apps like Music on iOS. Note: If requirements are not met, you'd have to update over Wi-Fi, instead. So, you'd use this link: Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip


Important:

Back Up First: Be sure to create a backup of your iPhone prior to performing an update, that way you can have something to restore your iPhone from, should anything go wrong afterwards. One update is complete, backup your iPhone once more.
