Printing Troubleshooting

Please do the following in this order:

1. Uninstall all printer manufacturer's software, put in the Trash and empty the Trash.
2. Please reset the printing system per Reset the Mac printing system to solve a problem
3. Next, follow the instructions in Adding a printer
