Netflix Error ATV-ui92 - Fix

There are expired threads on this issue which had lots of possible causes that didn't work.

In the end what worked is changing the email address for your Netflix account.

If you have an account with an old email address that has not been used in a year or so, Netflix may have deleted it. Please set up an account with the same email.
