Dual SIM differentiate which number/line is being Called by the Caller

You can differentiate, before answering the call, without having a different sound (Ringtone). Please see the pic below which is self-explanatory.

Similarly, for SMS also you can see which Conversation line was used to receive the SMS

Open the SMS, tap on the name on the top centre > Conversation Line.
