Trace Watch workout details on your route
The ability to trace round your workout route on a map such as provided by apps like Strava is also available on your basic iphone Fitness app.
Tap on a workout in your summary
Then Tap Show More
Then on the graphic, tap and hold on the pace graphic...
and once held you can slide left or right
and you can trace through the map your pace, heart rate, and elevation.
showing heart, pace, time and distance at any point.
