How to check My Photo Stream in Aperture and iPhoto

During the last few week many users have been notified by Apple that My Photo Stream will be shutting down on July 26, 2023. Information about the My Photo Stream shutdown - Apple Support

This document does not mention how to save My Photo Stream, if you have been using Aperture or iPhoto.

Like in Photos for Mac, we could be using several Photo Libraries, and only one of them at a time can be enabled to sync with My Photo Stream. We have to check the library we have set up to use My Photo Stream. Photos for Mac will automatically import from My Photo Stream, but Aperture will only import automatically, if we have enabled this in the Settings, so check these items in the Aperture Settings:
