Face ID for iTunes & App Store and Side Button to Confirm Purchase
There are two places where you need to check for Face ID activation for iTunes and App Store.
- Under FaceID & Passcode
- Under Screen Time
Double Click the Side Button
You may have enabled confirm with Assistive Touch instead of the Side button. Please see the pic below which is self-explanatory
