Hide the Dynamic Island on iPhone
Brief Description:
Every iPhone starting with the iPhone 14 Pro features the Dynamic Island that hides the camera and various sensors with an interactive display.
The Dynamic Island allows you view and interact with Live Activities.
Although those live activities are interesting to watch, there may be times when they are distracting; like when screen recording for example.
Let’s get started:
To hide activities from the Dynamic Island, simply slide the Dynamic Island to the right or left.
If you have multiple activities simultaneously; such as playing music while running a timer while recording the screen, swiping the Dynamic Island allows you to cycle through the other live activities.
No matter how many activities are involved, repeated swiping the Dynamic Island will eventually lead to an empty space.
If a Live Activity requires your attention while hidden such as a timer, it will automatically appear in as an on-screen alert before reappearing in the Dynamic Island.
