iPhone Startup / Shutdown Sounds

Brief Description:

Every Mac computer conducts several tests when powering on to ensure that everything works as expected.

The graphics test is an Apple logo (  ) and the audio test is the startup chime.

The iPhone also conducts the same tests, however; the audio test is disabled by default.

Let’s unlock the audio test that includes a bonus Shutdown audio chime. 🔉

Follow these steps:

1. Open Settings
2. Tap Accessibility
3. Under Hearing, tap Audio & Visual
4. Scroll down and toggle Power On & Off Sounds = on
