  • Write your own new question using the Ask the Community link.
  • Tell us which iphone or ipad the question is about.
  • Tell us what version of iOS or iPadOS. Look in Settings, General, About
  • Describe what is wrong, What do you see?, What did you expect? When did it start happening? OR What you want to know.
  • Post a Screen Shot of the problem if it is relevant, see Take a screenshot on your iPhone - Apple Support or Take a screenshot on your iPad - Apple Support To post it in your reply in ipone tap the three dots (1) then photo icon (2)

  • Do not include personal details such as your email address, or phone number.
  • Tell us if have you changed or installed anything recently.
  • Tell us if you have any security or VPN apps installed.
  • Tell us what you have tried already to fix it
  • What is your battery health % in Settings, Battery?


You can write your question in your own language and translate to English using GoogleTranslate
