Changing Page Number Style

To change the page number style in your iBook, use.... Inspector/Layout/Numbering/Page Numbers/Format - select from the available styles.

Don't forget to 'reapply layout to sections' in the selected layout template by right/control-clicking on the layout in the layouts thumbnail viewer on the left.
