Symptoms


After installing iTunes for Windows version 11.0.2.25 or version 11.0.2.26, you receive "Unknown error -42110" error messages when launching iTunes.



Resolution


Try removing the SC Info folder as per the instructions in the Remove the SC Info folder section of the following troubleshooting document:
