This forum is mainly populated and supported by Users like yourself.. and is a community for Users to share thoughts and ideas. It is not normally, directly supported or used by Official Apple Support Staff... Apple Support staff rarely read or post here because it is a User Community.

The various Users here try as best they can, to help and assist with any issues but there are limits to what can be achieved. In many cases they are working professionals, so do not expect an instant reply.

If you want a refund for example you must call or email Apple directly.

If you have an issue or wish to complain or request something directly from/to Apple, please contact them via their Support Phone Numbers or email them.

If you need to report a bug, or have a product feature request, the best way to get it to Apple is to open Logic Pro and click Logic Pro/Provide Logic Pro Feedback.

Also, if you join the developers forum (you can use the same Apple ID) there is a place to file a much more detailed bug report.

Complaining to/about Apple here, will mainly fall upon deaf ears....

..and expecting Apple to respond to your complaints and requests made here, is a waste of your time and ours....

Apple Support Contact information can be found here. The Contact Us link can be found at the bottom right of any page of these discussions. If you purchased AppleCare, or are still under warranty, the call to Apple is usually free. If there is a charge, they will tell you in advance.
