Apple Releases iOS 9.2 with Improvements and Bug Fixes

December 8, 2015, iOS 9.2 was released. Users of Mac OS X 10.7.5 or earlier can not sync with this iOS. Do not upgrade, until you verify you can to 10.8 or later. There is also this tip on iTunes/Mac OS/iOS compatibility. This update contains lots of bug fixes and stability enhancements aimed at making the mobile operating system more stable, secure and efficient.

iOS 9.2 is compatible with iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPad 2, 3, 4, iPad Air, iPad Air 2, iPad Pro, iPad mini, iPad mini 2, 3, 4, iPod touch 5G and iPod touch 6G.
