If you’re the original poster who started a discussion, you can choose one response as the best answer. A copy of the
answer will display below your question.
To choose the answer that solved your question on a discussion you started:
1 | Click Login near the top-left of the page (if you’re not already logged in). You’ll need your Apple ID to log in. |
2 | Go to the response you want to choose as the best answer. |
3 | Click This Solved My Question below the response. |
Choose helpful responses
When you find a response that helps you, click Helpful to thank the member who posted it. All community
members can choose up to two helpful answers per discussion.
Get recommended with “Apple Recommended”
Apple Community Specialists can recommend posts that provide clear and helpful information. You’ll see any
recommended answers to discussions right below the original question so you don’t have to read an entire conversation
to get the answers you need.
