Sooner or later the situation when you need to take a screenshot on your iPhone may occur. For example you want to share some info with your friends, parents or take a picture of the application bug and send it to the developer.

To make a capture of your iOS device screen you should simply press sleep/wake and Home button at the same time. Do not hold these two buttons too long because this combination may also reboot your iPhone. The screen on your iPhone flashes white and you hear the camera shutter sound when the screenshot command is recognized. Screen captures are saved to the Camera Roll. Open Photos application in order to see recently taken screenshot. In order to share it with someone tap “Share”.

Taking screenshots on your Mac is as easy as a pie. In order to capture the entire screen use Command + Shift + 3 combination. If you wish to make a screenshot of specific area on the screen use Command + Shift + 4 combination. By default all captured pictures are saved on the Desktop. You may easily change the place where to save screenshots
