In this book,he goes over the new stuff with lots of graphics and diagrams for everybody who can't concentrate reading through the long list of the official Release Notes and needs a little bit more in-depth information and a bit more color here and there. Of course, there is also plenty of new stuff that is not mentioned in the Release Notes, and you sure won't miss out on all those goodies.
OK, after reading through the official Official Release Notes it's time to read through the "Graphically Enhanced Release Notes" to really appreciate this massive Logic update.
