Currently Being ModeratedAug 26, 2009 5:50 PM (in response to Dan Clark3)I have been getting more and more frustrated by this exact same thing. I was hoping that in latest update of OSX (10.5.7) this will have been resolved. By the sounds of it it hasn't been.
I am using Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse and work on Macbook all day as a Web Developer. This bloody hanging, of which I experience at least 6 times each day, is killing me.
I paid over $100 for the bloody mouse!!

Currently Being ModeratedOct 23, 2009 12:44 AM (in response to oxigeno)I am experiencing just the same problem with my mouse and my Palm Treo Bluetooth connections. Sometimes they surprise me by working, mostly they drop out after a couple of minutes. Now when I look at the Bluetooth Systems Preferences pane it says that the phone is paired but not connected, but this status can change without me doing anything. Makes it very hard to synch my phone. As for the mouse its connection status can change at any time. I'm using OSX 10.5.8.
Any insights would be much appreciated.
