I'm working on a movie composed of a number of stills. I am setting mood and creating story with the use of timing, cropping and Ken Burns effect.

I have globally set timings for transitions and slides but then gone back to fine tune. When I adjust one slide with an effect or alter its timing several of the adjacent slides' timing changes. This seems like some kind of default that is happening. I already checked project/preferences timing.

Is there anything I can do about this? It's so frustrating. I really don't want to use FinalCut for this project.

Thanks for any suggestions.
