Hi Guys,
PLEASE add the "Date Added" option to the Finder View Options. Oh my gosh! That would be so brilliant and something that is already used for sorting the Downloads folder.
Windows Vista has about one hundred different view options in details view and the Mac Finder hasn't had any more options than Mac OS 8!
Please add some more column details.
Thx

P.S. I notice this has been asked before and archived (http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?threadID=2139720).

These are user to user forums. Nobody from Apple in a position to respond to or see your request is on these forums. We are all users here, just like you.

If you want to report this issue to Apple, send a bug report or an enhancement request via its Bug Reporter system. To do this, join the Apple Developer Connection (ADC)—it's free and available for all Mac users and gets you a look at some development software. Since you already have an Apple username/ID, use that. Once a member, go to Apple BugReporter and file your bug report or enhancement request. The nice thing with this procedure over submitting feedback is that you get a response and a follow-up number; thus, starting a dialog with engineering.

You don't think Apple is monitoring and reading some of these posts?

The Hosts do attempt to monitor these forums, but with hundreds if not thousands of posts, they're not likely to spot suggestions. The Hosts themselves advice using the feedback forums to submit suggestions and comments to Apple.

    Regards.

Is there a forum or email address (or anything) where users can suggest features for Apple products?

I'd love to see tabbed browsing in the finder. Though I'm sure someone at Apple has thought of this, I want to let them know there's a demand for this feature.

See my previous. That and feedback are the only two official methods.
