Any AGP graphics card should work. You can find ATI or Nvidia cards at their respective web sites and compare specifications. Bare Feats did benchmarks on PPC video cards ages ago, but you can search their archives for them. You can also check Xlr8YourMac.com for their articles, benchmarks, and user comments regarding older PPC video cards.
For dual DVI output, you already have one of the best cards available (top 3).
The only other card that has dual DVI ports and is faster, is a flashed FireGl X850XT.
I really don't know that there is $200-300 worth of difference in the cards performance.
Going from a 9600 or 9800 series card, OK.
But the 6800 is a very capable card.
BTW, any potential card must be a Mac OEM or flashed to Mac ROM, 8x AGP compatible card.
