I bought a 1TB G-Drive and connected it to my G5. I am trying to move my iTunes library to this new drive; I am using iTunes 9. I followed the directions for transferring the library. I created a folder called "Media" on the G-Drive; then I went to iTunes Preferences and selected this folder as the iTunes Media Folder Location.

When I go to iTunes->File->Library->Organize Library and select "Consolidate Library" I get the message "There is not enough room on "G-Drive" to copy all of the requested files"

I only have about 20GB of music and nearly 1TB of space on the G-Drive.

Why won't the iTunes "Consolidate Library" process not copy the files?

Thanks for any help!
