I've looked in /usr/share/squirrelmail/src/login.php in an attempt to change the title text of the login page but is no obvious help to me.
Does any one know where to change the text "Mac OS X Server WebMail Login" and even better change the icon? thanks

    Hi John,
    not so dif.
Most of the "standard" configs can be found in /usr/share.
There you find the squirrel dir. there is the images dir.
Then you just copy the image there you want t be in the page.
After renaming the org one to whatever and renaming the new one to the org name it'll work. I tested it, and it works fine here

    good luck.

Access the configuration scripts by running:

    sudo /private/etc/squirrelmail/config/conf.pl

Look under 1-Organization Preferences, and then 1-Organization Name.

You can do tons with this script.
