You say in your post you are using XP connected to the Time Capsule. Your profile shows you have a Mac.
I will assume you are using the airport utility on your PC have you tried installing the latest version of the airport utility for windows.

Yes... We have a few machines here. The Wireless is connected to a PC via Ethernet... I am using the latest Version of the AirPort Utility. It works once. Then I have to uninstall then reinstall, and it will work once, etc...
