Apr 3, 2010 11:36 AM in response to jifkaby Fifique,I'm experiencing same thing. Went to m.google.com/sync and tried to sync all my cals like I do for iPhone. Doesn't look like option is available yet for iPad. iPhone allows up to 25 cals to sync but iPad only shows 1. Hopefully and option down the road....SOON. This is major inconvenience for me. -
Apr 3, 2010 4:53 PM in response to Fifiqueby yodacai,I too am having the same problem. Only my default calendar is viewable in the iPad Calendar app. Bug?? -
Apr 3, 2010 5:50 PM in response to jifkaby Fifique,I was able to get it working...totally by accident.
Log into your google calendar account on your computer (not your iPad). Go to https://www.google.com/calendar/iphoneselect. It should list all your calendars under Sync Settings. Check those you want on your iPad and save. Create your calendar account on your iPad, or just use the one you already made. Open the calendar. The word Calendars should appear in the top left. Tap on it and all your calendars should be there waiting to be checked. Check the ones you want. It took a few seconds for the sync to start but then all my calendars appeared..
Hope it works for you too. Good luck!! -
Apr 3, 2010 6:08 PM in response to Fifiqueby yodacai,Thanks for the reply, but unfortunately this did not solve the problem for me despite following your directions to the T. Any other thoughts? -
Apr 3, 2010 6:10 PM in response to Fifiqueby jifka,That's very odd. My settings already had my calendars sync'd and they still don't show up when I use an Exchange account. And there wasn't a "Calendars" button in the corner either.
But when add a new account using CalDAV, I can get the calendars. EXCEPT, I can't sync the US Holidays calendar on the iPad (works great on the iPhone). I think this is either a bug or an oversight by both Apple and Google.
PLEASE FIX -
Apr 3, 2010 6:22 PM in response to Fifiqueby tbharber,Same here. I was able to goto the site you listed and select the calendars but they did not sync. I even tried deleting the account under the mail settings and re-create it but that did not fix the issue either.
The google sync site only let's you sync the main calendar. It shows the others but you cannot check them. If anyone else has a fix please let us know!! -
Apr 3, 2010 6:30 PM in response to jifkaby tbharber,I just used the method that jifka stated by setting it up as a CalDev calendar instead of Exchange and it seems to work ok except like you said it will not sync calendars such as the US Holidays and Sports team schedules.
I guess this will have to do until Google/Apple gets it fixed. -

Apr 3, 2010 10:05 PM in response to Brian Kushnerby jifka,That's exactly the problem. I've followed Google's instructions and it works fine on an iPhone, but not on an iPad. On the iPad, only one calendar shows up and there are no options to choose other calendars. -
Apr 3, 2010 10:38 PM in response to jifkaby dagdagdag123,I had the same problems as everyone here and used a mixture of everyone's solution.
I first added my own calendar through microsoft exchange, following the instructions listed in the link in this thread.
Then for the second calendar I needed to add (my wife's) I added it through CalDAV which is listed under the "OTHER" tab when it asks what kind of account you're adding (gmail, exchange, yahoo, etc)
Seems unecessarily complicated but it worked. Hope this helps. I have very little tech savvy so I was just glad these posts helped talk me through it. Thanks! Everyone enjoy your iPad. I am -
Apr 4, 2010 6:04 AM in response to dagdagdag123by yodacai,Well, I was able to add my calendars through CalDAV as well. I hope Apple/Google comes up a fix to access through Exchange. -

Apr 16, 2010 6:44 AM in response to jifkaby Walter Senf,I am having the same issues with exchange. It works with CalDAV though, but it's not the best solution. I hope there soon will be a solution to this... . -
May 3, 2010 10:36 AM in response to jifkaby MusOX,I had the same issue with my Google Apps for my Domain account. It appears the URL http://www.google.com/calendar/iphoneselect does not take into account for GFYD as the calendars that were shared with my were not listed on that site.
This was resolved by
1) Goto http://m.google.com on my iPhone
2) Enter my domain
3) Select "Sync"
4) Find that iPad is listed as an option
5) Enable calendars
6) Save
